These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Autometa Solutions' website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Autometa Solutions ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Autometa Solutions is a technology company specializing in automation, software development, and AI-powered solutions. We help businesses streamline operations, reduce manual work, and build scalable digital infrastructure.
These Terms apply to all Autometa Solutions offerings, including but not limited to:
Software Products:
• ETL++ — A no-code Airtable extension for connecting APIs, automating data imports, and scheduling ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) jobs
Automation Services:
• Custom Automation & Scheduled Tasks — Tailored automation solutions for repetitive tasks, data syncs, and workflow optimization
• Data Pipeline & ETL Automation — Automated data ingestion from multiple sources into centralized systems
• CRM & ERP Automation — Integration and automation for platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, and Oracle
• Email & Marketing Automation — Automated campaign management, lead segmentation, and engagement tracking
Software Development Services:
• Custom Web Applications — Bespoke web solutions built to your specifications
• Integrations & Scripting — API integrations, custom scripts, and backend automation
Some of our products, including ETL++, may be offered in beta or early access. These products are provided "as is" and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. We make no warranties regarding the availability, reliability, or functionality of beta products. Features may change or be removed without notice. By using beta products, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.
To access certain Services (such as ETL++), you must create an account with a valid email address and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You may access the Service through an individual user account associated with your email address
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You may be added to one or more workspaces, which are tied to subscriptions and usage quotas
• Multiple users may access a single workspace, and all users within a workspace share the subscription's usage limits
• You agree not to share your account credentials with any other person
• You agree not to misrepresent your identity or impersonate any other person
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• We may terminate or suspend access immediately without notice for conduct that we determine to be harmful
• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at requests@autometasolutions.com
• Subscription fees are charged according to the plan you select
• We offer early access pricing with limited features for certain products
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise stated
• Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processors
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing information
For custom automation, web development, and consulting services:
• Project scope and pricing will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW)
• Payment terms will be specified in the applicable SOW or invoice
• Change requests may result in additional fees and timeline adjustments
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at requests@autometasolutions.com. Upon cancellation, you will maintain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
• API requests and data processing usage are limited based on your subscription plan
• You agree not to attempt to circumvent these limits
You agree not to use the Services to:
• Develop or distribute malware or malicious code
• Attempt to hack, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network
• Circumvent any of the Service's limitations or security measures
• Generate spam or engage in harassment
• Conduct fraudulent activities
• Impersonate other individuals or services
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• You retain all rights to any data you create, import, or manage using our Services
• We claim no intellectual property rights over the data you process
• You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Services
• The Services, including their original content, features, and functionality, are owned by Autometa Solutions and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our Services without written permission
For custom automation and software development projects, intellectual property ownership will be defined in the applicable Statement of Work. Unless otherwise specified, you will own the custom deliverables upon full payment, while we retain ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in development.
Our Services integrate with third-party platforms including but not limited to Airtable, Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, Shopify, and various APIs. We are not responsible for:
• The availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services
• Changes to third-party APIs that may affect our Services
• Data loss or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms
• Your compliance with third-party terms of service
You are responsible for maintaining valid credentials and permissions for any third-party services you connect through our platform.
• THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
• We strive to maintain the availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time
• The Services process data as provided
• We are not responsible for the results or consequences of data processing or synchronization issues
• You are responsible for testing and verifying your data integrations
• You should maintain backups of important data
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Autometa Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
• Your access to or use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any content or data you submit or process through the Services
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOMETA SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at requests@autometasolutions.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work in good faith to resolve any issues within 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the decision shall be final and binding.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS PART OF ANY CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
Autometa Solutions shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, pandemics, government actions, power outages, internet service provider failures, or third-party service disruptions.
Our Privacy Policy, available at autometasolutions.com/privacy, describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our Services, you agree to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, providing additional notice (such as email notification or in-app alerts). Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
